Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is provided in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Think RPL Pty Ltd is committed to delivering quality RPL assessment services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to deal with refund requests fairly and transparently.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned via bank transfer (EFT) to the same account from which payment was made. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.

Think RPL does not charge fees for processing legitimate refund requests.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or re-supply of services if our services:
