The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) RPL pathway is designed for experienced professionals who already manage organisational learning, workforce capability, training strategy, performance development or organisational transformation.
Through RPL, your existing skills, knowledge and workplace evidence can be assessed against requirements. General management experience alone may not be enough. Your responsibilities should demonstrate advanced involvement in learning strategy, organisational capability and strategic change.
