This Refund Policy is provided in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Think RPL Pty Ltd is committed to delivering quality RPL assessment services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to deal with refund requests fairly and transparently.

3. Full Refund Conditions
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You cancel your application before assessment work has commenced, and you notify us within 5 business days of payment
- Think RPL is unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons within our control
- The service provided was not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or as described — as required under the Australian Consumer Law
4. Partial Refund Conditions
A partial refund may be provided if:
- Assessment work has commenced but has not been completed, and you choose to withdraw
- The partial refund will reflect the proportion of services not yet delivered, less any reasonable administrative costs already incurred
Partial refund amounts will be calculated and communicated to you within 10 business days of receiving your refund request.
5. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The RPL assessment has been fully completed and submitted to the RTO for qualification issuance
- The RPL application was unsuccessful because the evidence provided was insufficient or did not meet the required competency standards — you are paying for the assessment process, not a guaranteed outcome
- You change your mind after assessment has commenced
- You provided false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation
- You failed to respond to our requests for additional information within the timeframes provided, causing delay or inability to complete the assessment
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us in writing:

Please include:
- Your full name and contact details
- Your application reference number
- The reason for your refund request
- Proof of payment (bank transfer receipt or confirmation)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned via bank transfer (EFT) to the same account from which payment was made. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
Think RPL does not charge fees for processing legitimate refund requests.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or re-supply of services if our services:
- Are not of acceptable quality
- Are not fit for the purpose we described
- Do not match descriptions we provided
For major failures, you are entitled to cancel the service and receive a refund. For minor failures, we are entitled to fix the problem first.
