Certificate III in Community Services RPL is for experienced workers already providing day-to-day, person-centred support who want their existing skills formally assessed.
The qualification reflects entry-level community services work under direct or indirect supervision, including supporting individuals and community-based programs. Your actual skills and duties matter more than your job title or years of employment.
